At United Airlines MUC Terminal I had a positive experience. With its clear signage and modern, well-maintained design, the station is easy to navigate. The personnel was helpful and kind, and security and check-in went smoothly. To kill time before my trip, there were lots of stores and places to eat. However, during peak times, the seating areas felt a little crowded. All things considered, my trip was easy and comfortable. Would take another United flight!
